BRIAN
W. MILLER is a 1990 cum laude graduate of the University of Tennessee
and a 1994 graduate of the Cumberland School of Law. While at Cumberland he
was a member of the ABA National Trial Team. He was admitted to the Alabama
State Bar in 1994 and the Federal Courts for the Southern District of
Alabama in 1995 and the Middle District of Alabama in 2006. Brian is a
member of the Defense Research Institute, Alabama Defense Lawyers
Association and the Mobile Bar Association. While Brian maintains an active
practice in many types of litigation, he has a primary focus on construction
defect litigation, contractual and common law indemnity litigation,
construction bond work and representing the interest of Construction
Companies and Home Builders. Email:

Brian’s wife, Tori, is a 5th grade school teacher
at St. Ignatius Catholic School in Mobile, AL. Brian and Tori have a
daughter, Agatha Ruby Miller. When not being ordered around or ridden like a
pony by two year old "Aggi", Brian enjoys cooking and the craft of
charcuterie.
