William A. Donaldson

WILLIAM A. DONALDSON is a 1981 graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal courts. Bill is a member of the Alabama State Bar as well as the Mobile Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute. He is active in all areas of litigation, with an emphasis on employment practices, commercial, business and officers liability, as well as professional liability issues involving attorneys, engineers, architects, funeral directors, and real estate professionals. He has also handled cases in the areas of construction litigation and products liability defense. Bill has served as an adjunct professor, teaching the Legal Environment of Business at the Spring Hill College Business Department here in Mobile. He has also served on the Mobile Bar Association Civil Practice Committee, and has participated in its Pro Bono program. Email: billdonaldson@wrightgreen.com.

 

Bill is married to Monde Murphy and is a native of Montgomery. Bill and Monde have three children. Bill has served as the past President of the Christ the King School Board of Directors, and has served as a local advisor to the YMCA Youth legislature, where he was elected Governor in 1972. Before and during Bill’s law school years, he was a television reporter and anchorman, and has traveled throughout Western Europe and the former Soviet Union. His hobbies include woodworking, computers and technology.
