BENJAMIN
H. BROOKS, III is a 1983 graduate of the University of Alabama School
of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in the same year. He is a
member of the Mobile Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. Ben’s
practice is primarily in the area of civil defense litigation in federal and
state courts. Ben served as a Mobile City Councilman for District 4 from
2001 to 2006. In 2006, he conducted a successful campaign for the District
25 Alabama State Senate seat where he currently serves on the following
committees: Judiciary, Banking & Insurance, Veterans & Military Affairs,
Fiscal Responsibility & Accountability, Constitution, Campaign Finance and
Ethics & Elections.
