Grayson published an article along with Jim Lawton in the March 2007 edition of DRI magazine titled "The Hidden Agreement to Arbitrate."  The article discusses situations in which a surety can be compelled to arbitrate and situations in which the surety may compel arbitration through incorporation by reference on the Bond.
