Wright Green Attorneys Win Summary Judgment in Insurance Bad Faith Case

Senior Shareholder Bill McCranie and Associate Tiffany B. Smith recently received summary judgment on behalf of their client in an insurance bad faith case. The case centered on the important issue of what constitutes an occurrence sufficient to trigger coverage under an insurance policy, and both parties argued different interpretations of Alabama case law regarding the definition of an "occurrence."
